WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for select orders only. Pickups are available select hours only.
We offer various shipping options through various carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, private courier, etc., depending on the item(s) shipped. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on Select orders only..
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
French Creek Designs is not responsible for material shortages and/or overages, material delivery dates, or changes to project after order has been processed. All delivery dates are subject to vendor availability. Final freight will be modified and applied upon actual ordering of materials. Rush orders available only with vendors approval, and any rush fees must be paid in advance by client. No additional changes will be made to orders once processed.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ninety (90) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:

● A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. All refunds based on vendor, and no refunds will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase. Any order not picked up, cancelled, or returned is subject to a restocking fee.
